Dr. Nicholas Zuccala graduated with academic honors from the New York Chiropractic College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. He has pursued extensive postgraduate studies in Sports Injuries and Soft Tissue treatment methods and holds certifications in both.
Dr. Zuccala is currently in private practice in Smithtown, Long Island for over 28 years and has treated thousands of patients with conditions ranging from back and neck pain, herniated discs, pinched nerves sciatica, headaches, whiplash, scoliosis and arthritis. Dr. Zuccala utilizes gentle conservative Chiropractic treatments such as diversified technology, cox flexion distraction. trigger point therapy, myofascial release, electrical muscle stimulation and ultrasound to correct the alignment of the spine to relieve pain.
Dr. Zuccala is a member of the Mather Hospital Chiropractic Collaboration Program which strives to provide exceptional, coordinated patient care, education and outreach. He is also a member of the New York State Chiropractic Association and the Long Island Spine Care Affiliates, LLC.
