The Art of Grant Writing

The Caregiver Coalition Fund of America, Inc. will be offering three series of webinars devoted to The Art of Grant Writing. 

  1. Series 1: Preparing For The Grant Application;
  2. Series 2: Managing The Grant;
  3. Series 3: Post-grant Reporting and Preparing For The Next Grant Application.

The first series, Preparing For The Grant Application (consisting of four sessions) will begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 and end on September 26, 2024 (four weeks).  Each session will be offered twice: Tuesday (4:00-6:00 p.m., EDT) or Friday (11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., EDT).

Topics in the first series, include:

►   Researching agencies offering grant opportunities.

►   What are the typical questions asked by a grant funding agency?

►    What is meant by “setting the table" for a grant?

►    “Setting the Table" For Your Grant Application: 

                      ♦  Refining your mission statement;

           ♦   Detailing the operational meaning of a mission statement;

           ♦   Your core values (pillars of excellence) and how do they pertain to your mission statement and daily operation;

           ♦   Developing your organization’s/business’s;

  •      •   operational plan and cycle,
  •      •   comprehensive outcomes assessment plan,
  •      •   budgetary cycle.

    ♦    Linking the operational, assessment, and budgetary cycles.

    ♦    Linking your processes and procedures to your work systems.

    ♦     The importance of regulatory compliance in your organization’s/business’s operations.

►    Strategies for writing the grant proposal.


The value of this set of webinars is over $1,000. However, because the purpose of the webinars is to help nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses with limited budgets, all that is being asked is that a small donation be made to the Caregiver Coaliton Fund of America.  Below you will find three donation options for this webinar series.  The Caregiver Coalition Fund of America, Inc. (CareCFA) is a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit (EIN: 82-5456471) devoted to helping family caregivers.
