Francis D. Grohnert, J.D.

Francis D. Grohnert, J.D. received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Detroit in Detroit, Michigan and his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Western Michigan University in Lansing, Michigan.

He was subsequently admitted to the State Bar of Michigan.  He joined his father at his father's law firm eventually becoming the Law Office of Grohnert & Grohnert at 8077 Main Street, Dexter, Michigan.  The law firm specializes in probate and trust administration and real estate law.

Throughout Frank's 39-year legal career he has distinguished himself in serving for the common good.  In this regard he has served as a member of the Michigan State Boundary Commission for Washtenaw County, past president of Faith in Action, past member of the Saint Louis Center Community Advisory Council, and past member of the Lyndon Township Board of Review, Dexter Dowtown Development Authority, respectively.  He currently serves as a member of the Knights of Columbus and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Chelsea Education Foundation.
