Nicholas Marino is a highly accomplished senior executive of successful start-ups, turnaround and high-growth companies. Over his 20-year track record, Nick has combined strategic, business and financial skills which has generated multimillion dollar revenues and significant profit growth for the respective companies. Nick is innovative, decisive, and highly valued for his expertise interpreting corporate vision, strategy and translating objectives into actionable plans. Extensive hands-on experience in an array of critical management disciplines including sales, business development, marketing and operations. Cultivate and maintain key relationships with executives, strategic partners, clients, prospects and staff.
 
As a graduate of George Washington University with a major in international business and a concentration in marketing, Nick began his career as the vice president of business development for The Creative Consultants in Atlanta, Georgia.  In this role, Nick increased the company’s net profit by 34% in one year.  In 1996, Nick assumed the position of publisher, vice president of sales for Technology Business in Mclean, Virginia.  Between 1996 and 2000, he increased the magazines revenue from $110,000 to over $8.2 million.  Further, he developed a technology a 16 city technology cluster conference series and a business fail conference series with each generating  $4.3 million and $1.1 million in total revenue, respectively.
 
From 2000-2013 Nicholas Marino held executive levels positions at VNU Business Media, Stratus Rewards, and National Promotions and Advertising with revenue generating results that significantly exceeded operational goals.  Currently, Nick is the Managing Director and Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Roger’s Media Corporation.  In this role he has increased revenue by 43%, profit margin by 17% while bringing in Fortune 100 companies such as PepsiCo and Coca-Cola as well as New York City and Broadway plays (e.g., Wicked, Phantom of the Opera) as well as top museums (e.g., MoMA, The Met, Guggenheim, American Museum of Natural History) and Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall events.
 
Over his career, Nick has been affiliated with and served as an advisory to a number of organizations; including, Avetta Global, Exchange Club of New York, American Marketing Association, U.S. Department of Defense, Federal Laboratory Consortium, American Electronics Association (no TechAmerica) and the South Florida Hi-Tech Development Initiative.
