Care Partners for Caregiver Success

As an important part of the Caregiver Coalition Fund of America’s (CareCFA) Care Communities, Care Partners for Caregiver Success brings together for-profit businesses, nonprofit and community-based organizations for the purpose of providing products and services that support family caregivers.  Many of these Partners for Caregiver Success offer products and services at discounted rates to registered family caregivers.  The Care Partners for Caregiver Success offer the following program features to members.

 Mastermind Sessions  that bring together professionals from a variety of disciplines to promote insights as to how to Program members better market their products and services to the millions of underserved family caregivers.

 Partners for Caregiver Success Forums enable members to discuss topics of importance to family caregivers and their businesses.  All members will have the opportunity to propose forum topics and to participate in forums of their choice.

 Networking Meetings  Program members are encouraged to participate in virtual networking meetings with other businesses and organizations that are a part of the Partners for Caregiver Success Program.  . 

 Partners for Caregiver Success Postings Program members are given the opportunity to post family caregiver related events on CareCFA’s website.

In addition to the above, members of the Partners for Caregiver Success program will have the opportunity to sponsor online and live events at discounted rates.  Further, members will be offered the opportunity to collaborate on or serve as subcontractors on grant applications submitted by CareCFA These grant opportunities will be based on the requirements stated in the respective request for proposals from the funding sources.  .
